We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced, talented and creative Sous Chef to join the ROKA London family in the coming months.
As we continue to grow internationally, we need the further future leaders of our global kitchens; dynamic chefs who will be open to local, national and international growth.
Working closely with our Head Chefs, the successful Sous Chef should bring with them a wealth of creative knowledge and an eye for detailed presentation. By using only the best ingredients, the chef should be at ease with Japanese cuisine and understand how to bring the best flavours and textures to the dish.
The next Sous Chef should have a highly impressive career background, having built their expert understanding of quality cuisine within only the most revered and regarded restaurants around the globe. Alongside your operational culinary talent, we need the successful chef to have an inspirational management style and be exceptionally passionate about the development of their team.
