Home-made potato crisps with furikake - is like your favourite chips but better - with Japanese seasoning made with roasted sesame seeds, shichimi pepper, chili flakes and nori. Thinly sliced and cooked at low temperature, it becomes a perfect snack or a side dish for your lunch by the sea.

For the main, enjoy our beef burger with truffle, parmesan and caramelized onion. Created by our chefs for this summer and this location only - the burger is made of home-made beef patty and generous, juicy layers of sauce.
