Roka is coming to the island of Santorini this summer.

Open exclusively for dinner, the venue opens onto beautiful views of the Aegean Sea making it a perfect spot to experience a spectacular Santorini sunset.

The menu will feature Roka’s favourite signature dishes, including yellowtail sashimi with yuzu-truffle dressing and the seabream fillet with ryotei miso and red onions. The dessert offering includes the miso crème brûlée with pistachio ice cream and the dark chocolate and green tea pudding with crunchy jivara and pear ice cream.

Nestled between the restaurant and lounge seating, the infinity pool flaunts its distinguishable floating sunbeds to enjoy a perfect sunset while sipping on refreshing signature cocktails.
