In a secluded valley surrounded by olive trees and succulents, Roka ‘pops up’ in Mallorca every summer.
Located in the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel, along the Balearic Island’s east coast, Roka offers diners a seasonal, alfresco pop-up of lazy summer evenings, beautiful dishes, creative cocktails, and DJ tunes. Local ingredients are featured in Roka’s signature robatayaki cuisine to create a menu that can’t be experienced anywhere else.
